You can downgrade to a lower plan or cancel your paid subscription at any time. This article explains how to do it and what to expect.

How to downgrade or cancel

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select Billing and invoices from the account menu.
  3. Review your current plan.
  4. Select a lower plan to downgrade, or choose to cancel your subscription.
  5. Confirm your selection.

What happens to your content

Your content is not deleted when you downgrade or cancel. Your projects, pages, and files remain in your account.

However, some features and products may become unavailable on a lower plan. For example:

  • If your current plan includes a custom domain but the lower plan does not, your site will revert to a WEMASY subdomain.
  • Products or tools included in your current plan may no longer be accessible on the lower plan.

Note: Before downgrading, review the features of the plan you are moving to. This helps you avoid losing access to products you rely on.

When the change takes effect

When you downgrade or cancel, you will typically retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will move to the new plan.

Reactivating your plan

If you cancel or downgrade and later decide you need more features, you can upgrade again at any time. Visit the WEMASY pricing page to compare available plans.
