You can change your password at any time from your account settings. This is for when you are already logged in and want to update your password. If you are locked out of your account, use the password reset option on the login page instead.

How to change your password

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select My account from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll to the Password section.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password.
  6. Confirm your new password by entering it again.
  7. Click Save to apply the change.

Choosing a strong password

A strong password helps protect your account. Follow these guidelines when choosing a new password:

  • Use at least 8 characters.
  • Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters.
  • Include numbers and special characters.
  • Avoid using the same password you use for other services.

After changing your password

Once your password is changed, you will need to use the new password the next time you log in. Active sessions on other devices may require you to sign in again.

Tip: You can review your active sessions in the Active sessions section of your account settings. This lets you see which devices are currently signed in to your account.

Forgot your password?

If you are not logged in and cannot remember your password, use the Forgot password link on the WEMASY login page. This will send a password reset email to your registered email address.
