Share feedback with WEMASY

Your feedback helps WEMASY improve. Whether you want to suggest a new feature, report a problem, or share your experience, you can do it directly from your dashboard using the feedback widget. This article explains how to use it.

The feedback widget

The feedback widget is located on the right side of the dashboard. You can use it at any time to send a quick message to the WEMASY team.

Click the feedback widget to open it. Type your message and submit it. You can use it to:

• Suggest a new feature or improvement.
• Report a bug or something that is not working as expected.
• Share general thoughts about your experience with WEMASY.

The feedback widget is designed for quick messages. You do not need to fill in a form or provide a subject line.

Feedback widget vs support tickets

The feedback widget and support tickets serve different purposes:

• Feedback widget — Use this for suggestions, ideas, and general comments. It is a one-way message to the WEMASY team.
• Support tickets — Use this when you need a response from the WEMASY team. Support tickets are tracked and allow for back-and-forth communication.

If you are experiencing an issue that requires assistance, it is better to create a support ticket so the team can follow up with you.

What happens with your feedback

All feedback is reviewed by the WEMASY team. Your suggestions and reports help prioritize future updates and improvements to the platform.

You do not receive a direct reply to feedback messages. If you need a response, create a support ticket instead.

Tips for sharing feedback

• Be specific about what you would like to see improved or what went wrong.
• If you are reporting a problem, describe the steps that led to it.
• Include the name of the page or feature you are referring to, if applicable.
