To access your projects and tools in WEMASY, you need to log in to your account. This article explains how to sign in, what credentials you need, and what to do if you have trouble accessing your account.

How to log in

Follow these steps to log in to your WEMASY account:

  1. Go to the WEMASY login page.
  2. Enter the email address you used when creating your account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log in.

You will be taken to your dashboard where you can see your projects and start working.

Forgot your password

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it from the login page.

  1. Click Forgot password on the login screen.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  4. Click the link in the email and create a new password.

Once your password is updated, return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

Note: The password reset link is valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, request a new one by repeating the steps above.

Email not recognized

If you see an error saying your email is not recognized, check the following:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
  • Check for typos in your email address.
  • Ensure that your account has been verified. You need to click the verification link in the email WEMASY sent you when you created your account.

If you still cannot log in, contact WEMASY support for help.

Staying signed in

WEMASY keeps your session active while you are using the platform. If you close your browser and return later, you may need to log in again depending on your session settings.

You can view your active sessions from your account settings. This allows you to see which devices are currently signed in.

Logging out

To log out of WEMASY:

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Select Log out from the account menu.

You will be returned to the login page.

Tip: If you are using a shared or public computer, always log out when you are done to keep your account secure.
