The floating WEMASY button is a quick-access tool that is always available while you work. It gives you direct access to your tasks and support tickets — without leaving the page you are on. This article explains where to find it and what you can do with it.

Where to find the floating WEMASY button

The floating WEMASY button is located in the bottom right corner of every page in WEMASY. It appears as a small WEMASY icon that stays in place as you scroll.

Click the button to open a compact panel. You can use this panel to navigate between different features without leaving your current page.

What you can access from the panel

When you click the floating WEMASY button, a small popup opens. At the top of the popup, you can switch between two tabs:

  • Tasks — View your onboarding checklist and action-driven items. Each product has its own set of tasks to help you get started. This tab is visible by default.
  • Help — Click this tab to create a new support ticket. To view and manage your existing tickets, go to My Tickets in the account menu (top right avatar).

Switching between products in the Tasks tab

Inside the Tasks tab, you can switch between the products available in your project. For example, you can view tasks for the Website Builder, Forms, or Analytics. Each product has its own list of tasks.

This allows you to stay focused on the tool you are currently working with.

Full-screen view

If you need more space, you can expand the panel to full screen. Click the full-screen icon inside the panel to switch to a wider layout. This is helpful when you want to read through task descriptions in detail.

To return to the compact view, close the full-screen panel or click the floating WEMASY button again.

Good to know

  • The floating WEMASY button is separate from the product switcher. The product switcher is a red floating icon on the left edge of the screen. The floating WEMASY button is in the bottom right corner.
  • The panel does not interrupt your work. You can open and close it at any time without losing your progress.
