Navigating the dashboard

The WEMASY dashboard is your starting point. It is where you access your projects, switch between tools, manage your account, and find help. This article explains the different parts of the dashboard and what each one does.

The top navigation bar

The top navigation bar runs across the top of every page in WEMASY. It contains the following:

• WEMASY logo — Click to return to the main dashboard at any time.
• Project switcher — Located in the top bar next to the logo. Shows the name of the project you are currently working in. Click it to switch to a different project.
• Notifications — A badge that appears when there are new notifications for your account. Click it to view them.
• Account menu — Located in the top right corner. Click your avatar or initials to access your profile, account settings, and support tickets.

The product switcher

The product switcher allows you to move between WEMASY tools such as the Website Builder, Forms, Analytics, and more. It is not in the top navigation bar.

To open the product switcher, move your mouse to the left edge of the screen. A red floating icon appears in the middle of the left side. Hover over it to reveal the product switcher panel with all available tools.

The available tools are:

• Website Builder — Design and manage your website pages.
• Forms — Build forms and view submissions.
• Analytics & Insights — View visitor data and session recordings.
• E-commerce — Manage products and orders.
• Ad Protection System — Monitor and protect your ad campaigns.
• Operations — Manage tasks and project boards.
• Domain Registration — Register and manage domains.
• E-mail Hosting — Set up and manage email addresses.

Your projects

When you first log in, you see an overview of your projects. Each project represents a separate website.

From the projects overview you can:

• Open an existing project to continue working on it.
• Create a new project.
• See the status of each project — for example, whether it is published or in draft.

Click on any project to open it. Once inside a project, you can switch to a different project at any time using the project switcher in the top bar.

The account menu

Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner to open the account menu. From here you can:

• Go to your account settings.
• View and manage your support tickets.
• Log out of WEMASY.

The floating WEMASY button

In the bottom right corner of every page you will find the floating WEMASY button. Click it to open a panel where you can view your onboarding tasks, create a support ticket, and leave feedback.

The feedback widget

On the right side of the dashboard you will find a feedback widget. You can use it at any time to share your thoughts, report an issue, or suggest a feature directly to the WEMASY team.
