WEMASY sends email notifications to keep you informed about important activity. You can manage which notifications you receive from your account settings.

How to manage your notification preferences

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select My account from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll to the notification preferences section.
  4. Toggle individual notification types on or off.
  5. Click Save to apply your changes.

Types of notifications

WEMASY may send you email notifications for various types of activity. These can include:

  • Updates to projects you are involved in.
  • New support ticket responses.
  • Task assignments and status changes.
  • Account and billing updates.
  • System announcements and maintenance notices.

Each notification type can be toggled independently. This lets you receive only the notifications that matter most to you.

Turning off all notifications

If you prefer not to receive any email notifications, you can toggle all notification types to off. You will still be able to see updates by logging in to the WEMASY dashboard directly.

Note: Some critical account notifications, such as password changes or security alerts, may still be sent regardless of your preferences. These are essential for the security of your account.

Tip: If you are not receiving expected notifications, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure your email address is correct in your account settings.
