Your email address is used to log in to WEMASY and to receive notifications. You can change it at any time from your account settings.

How to change your email address

  1. Click your avatar or initials in the top right corner of the dashboard.
  2. Select My account from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll to the Email section.
  4. Enter your new email address in the email field.
  5. Click Save to apply the change.

Re-verification

After changing your email address, you may be required to verify the new address. WEMASY will send a verification email to your new address. Click the verification link in that email to confirm the change.

Until verification is complete, your previous email address may still be active for login purposes.

Note: If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure the new email address was entered correctly.

Important considerations

  • Your email address is your login credential. After changing it, you must use the new email address to sign in.
  • All future notifications will be sent to your new email address.
  • If other team members need to contact you through WEMASY, they will see your updated email address.

Tip: Make sure you have access to the new email address before making the change. If you lose access to both your old and new email, you may have difficulty recovering your account.
