How do you use the WEMASY dashboard

Once you sign in and verify your email, you’ll be redirected to the WEMASY Dashboard — your central workspace to create, edit, and manage every part of your website. The dashboard is designed for simplicity, flexibility, and full control, giving you access to everything from pages and templates to settings and publishing tools in one organized view. Whether you’re designing a brand-new website or updating existing pages, this is where all your creative work begins.

Left sidebar – page tools

The left sidebar is your main navigation area for managing content and layouts. It includes several essential tools:

Templates

Browse or search for ready-made page designs created to fit different industries or purposes.

To create a new page, click “New Page” and either start from a blank layout or select a predefined template to customize.

Pages icon

This section lists all your website pages in one convenient location. You can rename, duplicate, delete, or reorder them easily. It helps you maintain an organized site structure while editing.

Top navigation bar

The top navigation bar provides shortcuts to WEMASY’s core modules and content types. These include:

Pages, Webshop, Glossary, Knowledge Base, Tools, Templates, and More.

Each tab allows you to switch between features seamlessly. For example:

• The Knowledge Base module helps you create help articles or support pages.

• The Webshop module is for setting up and managing your online store.

You’ll also find a Website Dropdown (top center) — this lets you switch between different websites if you manage multiple projects under the same account.

Right corner buttons

Website button

Opens a live preview of your website in a new tab, allowing you to review changes before publishing.

Publish button

Click this when you’re ready to make your updates live. WEMASY processes your edits and publishes them instantly to your domain.

Top-right profile icon

The profile icon allows you to manage your account preferences. From here, you can update your personal information, access settings, or log out securely when finished.

The WEMASY Dashboard is fully visual. You can drag and drop templates, move sections, edit text inline, and preview updates in real time — no coding required. This makes it fast and intuitive to design professional-quality websites without technical complexity.
