How do you recover a forgotten password

If you ever forget your password, there’s no need to worry—WEMASY provides a simple and secure way to recover access to your account. Whether you’ve misplaced your login credentials or simply want to create a stronger password, you can reset it in just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to reset your password quickly and safely.

Step 1: Go to the WEMASY login page

Start by visiting the official WEMASY login page in your browser. You can do this by navigating to

This is the same page you normally use to sign in to your account.

Step 2: Click on “forgot Password”

Below the password field on the login screen, you’ll see a small link labeled “Forgot password.” Click on it to begin the password recovery process.

Step 3: Enter your registered email address

After clicking the link, a new screen will appear asking for your email address. Enter the same email you used when creating your WEMASY account, then click Submit.

Step 4: Check your Inbox for a reset email

Once you submit your email, WEMASY will send a password reset link to your inbox. If you don’t see it right away, check your Spam or Promotions folder just in case.

Step 5: Click the reset link

Open the email and click the secure reset link. You’ll be redirected to a WEMASY password reset page where you can create a new password.

Step 6: Enter and confirm your new password

On the reset page, type your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the second field. Once you’re done, click Save to finalize the change.

Choose a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to keep your account secure. Avoid reusing passwords from other websites to reduce security risks.

After saving, you can immediately log back into your WEMASY account using your new password.
