The Regenerate and Publish feature in WEMASY helps you safely preview all updates made to your website before publishing them live. It ensures everything looks and functions perfectly before final deployment.

Step 1: Open the publish section

  • Go to your WEMASY Dashboard.

  • Select the website project you want to publish.

  • From the left sidebar, open the Publish Website option.

  • You’ll see a step-by-step process screen with stages — Start, Generate, Check, Domain Name, and Launch.

Step 2: Click on “regenerate”

  1. On the Publish screen, click on Regenerate.

  2. WEMASY will start reprocessing your website’s content and structure.

  3. During regeneration, the system performs the following actions automatically:

-Compiles all design and content changes.

-Optimizes assets like images and CSS files.

-Checks for layout and performance issues.

  1. Prepares the updated version for preview.

Wait until all stages are marked as completed with green checkmarks.

Step 3: Preview the demo site

Once the regeneration is complete:

  1. A “View Demo Site” button will appear.

  2. Click this button to open your temporary demo link in a new tab.

  3. Review your website design and recent changes carefully.

  • Check spacing, images, colors, and typography.

  • Test navigation, links, and buttons.

  • Verify responsive design on both desktop and mobile.

Tip: Use this demo link to get client or team approval before final publishing.

Step 4: Publish the website

If everything looks perfect in your demo site:

  1. Return to the Publish Website screen.

  2. Click the Publish button located at the bottom.

  3. WEMASY will automatically deploy your latest version to the live server.

  4. The system will confirm once the website has been successfully launched.

Step 5: Monitor the publishing process

As the site publishes, WEMASY will display a live log showing actions like:

  • Checking website status on servers.

  • Adding the website to live hosting.

  • Validating SSL certificates.

  • Notifying Google and other services about updates.

Once all steps are complete, you’ll see a “Launched” message confirming successful publication.

Final verification

After publishing:

  • Open your live website domain (e.g., https://yourdomain.com).

  • Confirm that all the updates are reflected correctly.

  • Clear your browser cache if old content still appears.
