Yes. We offer a money-back guarantee on every plan. The window depends on how you pay: 14 days from your first payment if you're on a monthly plan, 30 days from your first payment if you're on a yearly plan. To request a refund within that window, go to your billing page and click "Get a refund" on the subscription you'd like to cancel — we'll process it immediately and your money lands back in your bank account within 5 to 10 business days. After the window closes, refunds aren't automatic, but you can always contact us and we'll look at your specific situation.

A 30-day refund window on a monthly plan would mean a customer could use Wemasy for almost an entire billing period and refund the whole month — which only works if we're willing to absorb that cost across every customer. By keeping monthly refunds to 14 days, we keep our pricing genuinely fair for everyone. Yearly plans get the full 30 days because that's a much smaller share of the billing period and matches what feels reasonable for a longer commitment. If you'd prefer the longer 30-day guarantee, switching to a yearly plan costs less per month and gives you the extra protection.

Domain registration fees are paid directly to the domain registry the moment your domain is registered (this is how every domain registrar in the world works — the registry charges us the second the domain is created and they don't return that fee). So unfortunately, the domain registration portion of your payment isn't refundable. However, the rest of your subscription is. If you bought a plan that includes a domain registration and you'd like a refund, contact us through your billing page and we'll process a refund for the subscription portion within 24 hours. You keep your domain — it's yours, registered in your name with the registry.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method you used to pay. For iDEAL and SEPA Direct Debit (the standard Dutch payment methods), the refund travels back through the SEPA banking network, which typically takes 5 to 10 business days to land in your bank account. We send the refund to Stripe (our payment processor) immediately when you request it — the delay is entirely on the bank's side, not ours. You'll see a refund entry appear on your invoice list in the billing page as soon as we've initiated it.
