Editing text in WEMASY Website Builder is fast, intuitive, and fully visual. You can modify any text directly on your page using the drag-and-drop editor without needing coding knowledge. Every text block is editable inline, which means you can click on it, type your changes, and instantly see them reflected in your design.

Step 1. Open your dashboard and project

Go to your WEMASY Dashboard and open the website or specific page where you want to make text changes.

Once inside your project, the visual editor will load, showing all the editable elements of your webpage.

Step 2. Select the text block to edit

Hover your mouse over the text area you want to modify. When you hover, a highlight or outline will appear around that section, indicating it is editable.

Click directly inside the text block — the blinking cursor will appear, allowing you to edit the text inline. You can type new words, delete unwanted ones, or paste content from another document.

Step 3. Use the formatting toolbar

When editing, a formatting toolbar appears right above or near the text block. This toolbar includes all the tools you need to style your text consistently:

  • Font style and size — Choose from your project’s font set or adjust the size.

  • Text alignment — Align text left, center, or right.

  • Formatting — Apply bold, italic, or underline.

  • Lists and numbering — Create bullet points or numbered lists.

  • Headings — Change heading levels (H1, H2, H3, etc.) for better structure.

  • Links — Insert hyperlinks to connect your text to other pages or URLs.

These options help maintain a clean, professional look across your website.

Step 4. Save and preview your edits

After editing, simply click outside the text area to save your changes automatically.

WEMASY saves all edits in real-time, so you don’t have to worry about losing progress.

To see how your content looks on the live page, click the “Website” (Preview) button located in the top-right corner of the dashboard. This opens a preview in a new browser tab.

Tip

Keep your headlines short and clear. Use H1 for the main page title and H2/H3 for subheadings — this improves readability and SEO performance.
