Financial Connections sends your WEMASY Webshop orders to your accounting software, so you do not type them in by hand. It connects your Webshop to SnelStart.
Where to find it
Open Webshop, open the more menu (three dots), and click Financial Connections. The providers are listed on the left, each with a dot that shows whether it is connected.
Connect SnelStart
- Click Snel Start.
- Enter your Client Key from SnelStart.
- Enter your OCP key.
- Choose the Order Creation Status for orders created in SnelStart.
- Click Submit.
The dot next to the provider shows whether the connection is active.
How orders reach SnelStart
When you mark an order Completed, WEMASY sends it to SnelStart. If a completed order still needs to be sent, for example after you fixed your keys, you can send it by hand:
- Open Orders.
- Open the actions menu on the order.
- Click Sync to SnelStart.
Sync to SnelStart only shows on completed orders that still need to be sent. If sending fails, WEMASY tries again and emails you about the result. See Managing orders for order statuses.
Order Creation Status
- InBehandeling (In Progress): the order arrives in SnelStart as in progress.
- Uitgevoerd (Executed): the order arrives as done.
- Service: the order arrives with the service status.
Before you connect
Set your Invoice Prefix and Invoice Starting Number in the Webshop settings first, so the numbers in SnelStart match your invoices. Test with one order before you mark many orders completed.
Tip: Add your bookkeeper in Email BCC as well, so they also get every invoice. See Invoices, packing slips, and order emails.
