Your public review page shows all your published reviews on one page. WEMASY makes it for you as soon as Reviews is active for your project. Share the link in your emails, on social media or from a button on your website.
Find and share the link
- Open the product switcher and select Reviews.
- Click Settings in the menu.
- Scroll to Your public review page.
- Click Copy link to copy the address, or Open to see the page.
You can also open the page with Public review page at the top of Overview.
What the page shows
- The title "Reviews of" with your business name, and your average rating.
- Every published review, newest first, with your replies. Low ratings are shown too. There is no filter on rating.
- Customers by first name and initial, with the label for verified customers.
- How reviews are checked: verified reviews come from real bookings and orders, other reviews are checked by you, no review is hidden for its rating, and you can reply but never change a review. EU rules ask every review page to say this.
Search engines
The page holds structured data with your rating and reviews, so search engines and AI assistants can read them. Google does not show review stars in its results for reviews of a business on its own site. That is Google's rule for every business, not a setting in WEMASY.
Show your reviews on your own website
Next to the public review page, you can show your reviews on the pages of your website with the Customer reviews element.
- Open the Website Builder and the page where the reviews should go.
- Click Elements in the left sidebar.
- Drag Customer reviews into a section.
- Open the element settings and choose how many reviews to show.
- Click Publish.
The element shows your average rating and your newest reviews with your replies, and links to your public review page. The Review element is a different block, for a quote you type yourself.
Let visitors write a review on your website
- Open Reviews and click Settings.
- Under Reviews from your website, switch on Accept reviews from my website.
- Click Save settings.
Your public review page and the Customer reviews element now show a form where visitors write a review. These reviews are marked Not verified and wait for your check under To check. See Moderate and reply to reviews.
Show your reviews on another website
Have a second website that is not built with WEMASY? Open Settings in Reviews, copy the code under Reviews widget and paste it into a page of that website. The widget shows the same reviews and rating as your public review page.

Frequently asked questions
Why do my stars not show in Google?
Google does not show stars for reviews of a business on its own site. The page still holds valid structured data that other search engines and AI assistants can read.
Can I hide some reviews from the page?
No. Every published review is shown. You can reply to a review, or report one that breaks the rules to WEMASY.
