WEMASY Reviews collects reviews from your real customers. After a booking is over or an order is paid or delivered, the customer gets one short email with a link to review you. Reviews written through that link are marked Verified customer, because they come from a real booking or order. You read every review in your dashboard, reply in public and share all your reviews on one public page.
Where to find it
Move your mouse to the left edge of the screen to open the product switcher. Select Reviews. The tool has two screens in its menu: Overview and Settings.
What you see on Overview
- Your Average rating, the number of Reviews and the share that is Verified.
- The buttons Start asking customers, Settings and Public review page.
- An AI box. Ask it to summarise your latest reviews, to say what customers mention most, or to write a reply. The AI only writes a draft reply. It never posts anything.
- The list Your reviews, where you reply and moderate.
- The Requests section: Waiting to be sent, Sent in 30 days, Answered in 30 days and Next requests.
While requests are off, the screen shows Your customers are not asked yet.
Get started
- Open Reviews from the product switcher.
- Click Start asking customers.
- Switch on Ask my customers for a review.
- Choose When to ask and Wait before asking.
- Click Save settings.
The details are in Ask customers for reviews. Requests need bookings or orders, so use Reviews together with Reservations & Bookings or the Webshop.
Where your reviews are shown
Your reviews are shown on your public review page, with your replies and an explanation of how reviews are checked. You share its link anywhere. You can also show them on the pages of your website with the Customer reviews element, let visitors write a review on your site, and place a reviews widget on another website. Frequently asked questions
Can I hide a bad review?
Not a verified one. EU rules do not allow hiding reviews because of their rating. You can reply in public, or report a review that breaks the rules to WEMASY.
Are old customers asked too?
No. Only bookings and orders after you switch on the requests are asked. Bookings and orders from before that date never get a request.
How do Google reviews fit in?
Your WEMASY reviews come from your own customers. Paste your Google review link under Google reviews in Settings, and customers who leave a review are also offered to share it on Google.
