A gift card is a code with an amount. Customers enter the code at checkout to pay for a booking or a product. You can make a gift card yourself, for example as a gift or a replacement, or sell gift cards on your website.

Frequently asked questions
What happens to a gift card when its order is refunded?
When you mark the order as refunded in the Webshop, the gift card that was sold with it is voided, and an amount paid with a gift card is put back on that card.
Can customers use a gift card for a booking?
Yes. Bookings use the same checkout as the webshop, so customers enter the code at checkout.
