Booking customers, credits and memberships

Learn how to view booking customers, add or give credits, and manage memberships, payments and pauses in Reservations & Bookings.

The Customers and Memberships screens show everyone who booked with you, has a membership or holds credits. Use them to answer questions, correct a credit balance or follow up on a membership payment.

View a customer

  1. Open Reservations & Bookings from the product switcher.
  2. Click Customers in the top menu.
  3. Search by name, email or phone.
  4. Click View next to the customer.

The customer page shows their credits, credit history, memberships and bookings. Customers who only buy webshop products are listed in Webshop under Customers instead.

Add or remove credits

  1. Open the customer.
  2. Click Add / remove credits.
  3. Enter a number in Credits (+ / -). Use a negative number to remove credits.
  4. Add a note if you want. Only admins see it.
  5. Click Save.

Click Give credits to add a new class card or membership credits, with Usable from and Usable until dates. Give to someone moves class card credits to another person by email. Membership credits cannot be given away. Credits only exist for services that have Enable credits turned on. See Add a bookable service.

Manage memberships

Click Memberships in the top menu to see every member with their plan, status, payment type and paid-until date. Automatic payments by card or iDEAL through Mollie or Stripe renew by themselves. Members who pay by bank transfer or cash get a reminder with a payment link before each renewal.

The actions per membership are:

  • Payment received: confirm a bank transfer or cash payment.
  • Send reminder with payment link: email the member a link to pay.
  • Pause: pause a membership for a holiday or injury. The member pays nothing and gets no credits in that time.
  • Cancel membership: stop all future payments. The member keeps the period already paid.

To let members pause or share credits themselves from their account, see Reservations settings, payments and emails.
