What's new in WEMASY

When WEMASY releases something new that you can use, it tells you inside the dashboard with a short What's new message, called a release note. Each note explains one new feature, often with a picture or a short video of how to use it. This article explains when release notes appear and how to read all of them.

When a release note appears

A release note opens as a popup while you are logged in to the dashboard. WEMASY keeps this calm:

• You see at most one release note every 4 hours.
• You always see the newest note you have not read yet.
• Once you have seen a note, it does not come back, also not on another device.

Close the popup to continue your work. The note stays available in the list of release notes.

Read all release notes

1. Click the Help icon, the question mark in the top bar.
2. Click Release notes.
3. Click a release in the list on the left.
4. Read the details on the right.

The list shows the newest releases first. Unread releases are marked in red, read ones in grey. When you have unread notes, the Release notes item in the Help panel shows a badge such as 3 new.

What a release note contains

• The product it belongs to and its version, for example a new version of Analytics.
• What is new and what it does for you.
• A picture or a short screen recording.
• Sometimes a button that takes you to the new feature.

Release notes show in your dashboard language when that language is available.

Release notes by email

You can also get release notes as an optional email. Switch this on or off under Emails in My account, with the Release notes option.

Tip: A new feature you read about may need a product your project does not have yet. Click the + at the bottom of the product menu to see which plan includes it. See The Help panel and Navigating the dashboard.
