Sometimes a project dashboard opens with the message This project is paused until you pick a plan. This article explains what that means, what still works, and how to open the dashboard again.
What you see
Instead of the dashboard, a full screen opens with Your website is still online at the top and a choice of plans. The WEMASY team pauses a project dashboard this way when the project needs a paid plan to continue.
What still works
- Your website stays live for your visitors. Nothing is taken offline.
- Your other projects work as usual. Click Go to my other projects to open them.
- Your pages and content stay in the project.
Only working on this project in the dashboard is paused.
Open the dashboard again
- Choose Monthly or Yearly.
- Pick the plan that fits you.
- Check or fill in your details.
- Click Proceed to Checkout.
- Pay on the secure payment page.
As soon as the paid plan is active, the dashboard opens again by itself. You do not need to contact anyone.
A personal price
If WEMASY made you a personal price, the screen says We put together a personal price for you. It is shown below. Click View your offer to see and pay it. See Paying a personal offer.
If you are not the owner
Only the owner of the project can choose a plan. If you are a collaborator, the screen says so. Ask the owner to pick a plan, and the dashboard opens again for everyone. See Inviting collaborators for how roles work.

Is my website offline?
No. Your website stays live for your visitors while the dashboard is paused.
I paid, but the screen is still there. What now?
Reload the page after the payment page sends you back. If the screen stays, create a support ticket.
