Paying a personal offer

Sometimes WEMASY makes you a personal offer for one of your websites, for example a custom plan together with the first year of a domain name. You review and pay the offer in your dashboard. This article explains where to find your offers and how to pay or decline one.

Where to find your offers

When you receive an offer, you get a notification You have a WEMASY offer. You also find every offer in two places:

• The Your WEMASY offers page, which lists each offer with its website. Click Review offer to open one.
• The Subscriptions tab of Billing & Invoices, under All offers. Click Open offer to open one.

Each offer is for one website. The status shows Open, Paid, Declined or Closed.

What the offer page shows

• A short personal letter about the offer.
• Included in this offer: the custom website plan, and the domain name if the offer includes one, with the price for each.
• Open website preview: a link to the preview of your website.
• Order summary: the amount you pay now.
• Valid until: the last day you can accept the offer.

Pay an offer

1. Open the offer.
2. Check what is included and the order summary.
3. Click Continue.
4. Fill in your contact details. They are used for your invoice and, when the offer includes a domain, for the domain registry.
5. Check the tax line. It appears after you enter your country.
6. Click Proceed to Checkout.
7. Pay on the secure payment page.

After paying you see Payment received. WEMASY then connects your website plan, and registers the domain if the offer includes one. You do not need to pay again on the offer page.

Ask a question

Use the bar Question about this offer? under the letter. Type your message and click Send. Your question becomes a support ticket and the reply comes there. See Support tickets.

Decline an offer

1. Open the offer.
2. Click Decline this offer.
3. Tell us why. Your answer helps us improve WEMASY.
4. Click Submit.

The offer is then closed and shows Declined.

When an offer cannot be opened

• This offer has expired.: the valid until date has passed. Create a support ticket if you still want it.
• This WEMASY offer has already been used.: the offer is paid.
• This WEMASY offer is not available for this account.: log in with the account the offer was made for.
