The Email style tab gives every email your project sends the same look: your logo, colors, font, and footer. It applies to booking and order confirmations, form replies, account mails, and newsletters. A preview shows the result before you save.
Open Email style
- Click the gear icon next to the project switcher.
- Click Email style in the menu on the left.
Until you save, your emails use the standard look.
Set your email style
- Under Logo, click Use my site's logo, or paste the address of an image (PNG or JPG, about 240 by 80 pixels).
- Choose your Brand color for links and accents.
- Choose a Button color, or tick Same as the brand color.
- Choose a Background color.
- Choose a Font. The list only holds fonts every email program has.
- Enter a Footer text, for example your company name and address.
- Click + Add a link to add footer links, such as your website or a mailto link.
- Check the Preview for both Email and Newsletter.
- Click Save.
Send yourself a test
After you save, click Send me a test email. WEMASY sends a sample email in your style to you, so you can see it in your own mail program.
Back to the standard look
- Click Back to the standard look.
- Confirm.
Your emails use the standard WEMASY look again.
Tip: Use the same logo and brand color as your website, so visitors recognize your emails at once. Logo and colors of the website are set in Site identity and favicon. To send these emails from your own address, see Sending email through your own mail server.
Frequently asked questions
Do my newsletters use this style too?
Yes. The style applies to newsletters and campaigns as well as booking, order, form, and account emails. Check the Newsletter preview before you save.
Why does my logo not show in the email?
Use an address that starts with https and points to a PNG or JPG file, or click Use my site's logo. Some mail programs hide images until the reader allows them.
