The Business profile holds your company facts in one place: name, contact details, address, opening hours, pictures, and links. Your website, your Google Business Profile, and the WEMASY AI chat all read from it, so you change a fact once and it is right everywhere. The business profile is part of every plan.

Where your facts go
Click See where it goes to see what changes in each place:
- Your website: the contact details your theme shows and the business facts search engines read. These update on your next publish.
- The AI chat: uses the facts right after you save.
- Google Business Profile: updates when you send the facts to Google.
Send your facts to Google
To send facts to Google, first connect your Google Business Profile in the Social media tool. See Connect your social media accounts. Then:
- Save your business profile.
- Click See where it goes.
- Compare your facts with Google now. For a fact that was changed in Google, choose Use Google's or Send ours.
- Click Send to Google.
The profile shows when you last sent it, and whether your profile changed since then.
Tip: Fill in the business profile before you ask the AI chat to write pages. The AI then uses your real address and hours instead of guessing. See AI preferences for your project.
