Affiliate resources, missions and badges

Affiliates promote you better when they have good material and clear next steps. In the Affiliate System you add resources, such as banners, texts and links, and missions and badges that show on the affiliate's own dashboard page. You also follow how each affiliate performs.

Add a resource

1. Open the product switcher and select Affiliate System.
2. Click Resources in the menu.
3. Click Add resource.
4. Enter a Name and a Description.
5. Pick a Category: Content pack, Comparison, Pricing, Screenshot, Banner or Other.
6. Pick a Type: Image, Text or External URL.
7. Fill in the Destination URL, where the resource links to when clicked.
8. Fill in Text for a text resource, or the Asset URL with a direct link to an image file.
9. Set the Status and save.

Affiliates see your resources on the resources page of your site, which the Affiliate System creates for you, and on their dashboard page.

Add a mission

Missions are steps affiliates see on their dashboard page, for example "Share your link in a newsletter". They can tick Mark as done. Completion is checked against their results.

1. Click Missions & badges in the menu.
2. Click Add mission.
3. Enter a Name and a Description.
4. Enter the Points the mission is worth.
5. Switch on Active.
6. Save the mission.

Add a badge

Badges are rewards shown on the affiliate dashboard page.

1. Click Missions & badges in the menu.
2. Click Add badge.
3. Enter a Name and choose an Icon.
4. Save the badge.

Follow performance

Click Performance in the menu to see Total clicks, Conversions, Attributed revenue and Commissions earned. The Per-affiliate performance table shows Clicks, Conversions, Active customers, Revenue, Commissions and Verification for every affiliate.
