The Usage tab in project settings shows how much of its plan a project uses: emails, contacts, form submissions, storage, popups, and more. It also shows your AI credit balance and any website mail that WEMASY is holding for you. Check it when something stops working or before a busy period.
Open Usage
- Make sure the right project shows in the project switcher.
- Click the gear icon next to the project switcher.
- Click Usage in the menu on the left.
The top line shows the plan of this project, for example Free package.
Reading the usage bars
Each limit of your plan has its own bar, such as E-mails sent, Contacts, Form submissions, Storage, Popups, A/B tests, and Social posts.
- Monthly counters show the date they start again, for example Starts again on a date.
- Counters that are not monthly show Not counted per month.
- Unlimited (fair use) or No fixed limit means the plan has no hard cap for it.
When you get close to a limit, the bar offers a next step: Buy more where an add on exists, or More with a bigger plan with what the next plan gives. The limits per plan are on the pricing page and in Account limits.
AI credits
AI credits belong to your account and work in all your projects. They do not go back to zero at the end of the month. The section shows your total balance, the credits from your plan this week and when they expire, and the credits you bought, which stay until you use them. Click Buy AI credits to top up. The site assistant on your website also answers visitors with these credits.
Held website mail
To keep mail from every website deliverable, each project can send a set number of website mails a day, such as form confirmations, order emails, and booking emails. Mail above that number is held, never lost. Under Held website mail you see Website mail today and every held email with its reason.
- Click Send later on an email, or Send all later, to send it when there is room again today.
- Click Delete or Delete all to remove held mail.
Ask for a higher daily limit
- Click Ask for a higher limit.
- Enter the number of Website mails a day you need.
- Explain why in Why do you need more?, for example a sale or an event.
- Click Send request.
WEMASY checks your request and the answer appears in the same place.
Frequently asked questions
My website mail is paused. What does that mean?
New website mail is held and campaigns wait until the pause ends. The reason shows on the Usage tab and our support team contacts you. Your own account mails, such as login and invoices, keep working.
Why do form confirmations show as held?
Confirmations are held when one visitor sends many forms in an hour, when one address already got enough today, or when there are unusually many form messages. This protects your website from abuse. You can send them later or delete them.
