The Performance page in WEMASY Social media shows how each published post does on every platform: impressions, reach, video views, likes, comments, shares and more. Use it to see which posts and formats work for your audience.
Where to find it
Open Social media from the product switcher and click Performance in the left menu.
How the numbers are collected
WEMASY reads the numbers from each platform every hour during the first two days after a post goes out, and then once a day for a month. After that the last numbers stay visible. A dash in the table means the platform does not share that number.
Google Business does not offer numbers per post, so its posts show no data. The other platforms each share their own set of numbers.

- Filters: choose a platform, a format, a content line, a cut, and a period: Last 30 days, Last 90 days or All time.

- Per format, Per content line or Per cut: averages per group of posts, based on the tags you set in the composer.
- Per platform: averages per platform.

Refresh the numbers of a post
- Find the post in the table.

- Wait for the message Metrics refreshed.
Click History to see every snapshot that was taken for the post, with the time it was captured.
Tag a post afterwards

Frequently asked questions
Why does a post show No data yet?
The first numbers arrive within an hour after the post goes out. Click Refresh to _blocked_ them now. If an account was connected before numbers were available, click Reconnect on the Accounts page once so the platform also allows WEMASY to read the numbers.
Does the page show my follower count?
No. The page shows numbers per post. Follower counts and audience details per account are not part of it.
Posts that did not go out have no numbers. See Fix a failed social media post to send them again.
Tip: Compare posts by rates such as completion and shares rather than raw views, because each platform counts views in its own way.
